To register and use babua88, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis for as long as your account remains active:

• You are registering and using the Platform on your own behalf as an individual consumer, not as a representative of a third party or a corporate entity.

• You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you in your jurisdiction.
• Your use of the Platform does not violate any law, regulation, or ordinance applicable to you in your place of residence or domicile.
• You are not subject to any self-exclusion agreement with babua88 or any other gambling operator that remains in force at the time of registration.

babua88 employs age verification procedures as part of its Know Your Customer (KYC) process. We may request a copy of your National Identity Card (NID), passport, or other government-issued identification document to verify that you meet the minimum age requirement before processing your first withdrawal. Where age verification cannot be completed satisfactorily, your account will be suspended and any deposited funds that have not been wagered will be returned to the original payment method.

If babua88 discovers at any time that a registered player is under the age of 18, the account will be closed immediately, all pending withdrawals will be cancelled, and any winnings accrued will be forfeited. babua88 may report the matter to the relevant authorities where required by applicable law.

All transactions on babua88 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). There are no currency conversion charges applied by babua88. However, your mobile banking provider or bank may apply independent transaction fees — babua88 has no control over or liability for any such third-party charges.

The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Deposits via bKash and Nagad are credited to your babua88 account balance instantly. Bank transfer deposits may take up to one business day to appear in your balance, depending on your bank's processing times. babua88 is not liable for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banking institutions.

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to the KYC verification requirements described in Section 3. Withdrawals to verified bKash and Nagad accounts are typically processed within five minutes during normal operational hours. Bank transfer withdrawals are processed within one business day. babua88 does not guarantee specific processing times, as these may be affected by banking system downtime, public holidays, or high-volume periods.

You may only withdraw funds that you have personally deposited or legitimately won through gameplay. Withdrawals of deposited funds that have not been wagered at least once ("deposit-only withdrawals") may be subject to an administrative review. babua88 reserves the right to request additional documentation before releasing any withdrawal that it deems unusual or potentially fraudulent.

Funds deposited into your babua88 account may not be transferred to other players, used as a form of payment to third parties, or converted into any external currency or cryptocurrency. babua88 accounts are not financial instruments and must not be used as money transfer vehicles.

Where a match is abandoned, postponed, or results in a tie that is not covered by a specific market, babua88 reserves the right to void the relevant bets and return stakes to players. In-play bets accepted after an event's official result has been determined will be voided.

Return-to-player (RTP) percentages for all slot games are published by the respective game provider and are accessible from within the game's information panel. Typical RTP values on babua88 slot games range from 94% to 97%, though individual game RTPs vary. RTP is a theoretical long-term average and does not guarantee any specific outcome in any individual session.

babua88 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that any of the following circumstances apply:

• The player has violated any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• The player has engaged in fraudulent, deceptive, or unlawful conduct.
• The player's account has been identified as a duplicate of another registered account.
• The player is found to be under 18 years of age.
• The player has initiated a fraudulent chargeback against a processed deposit.
• The account has been inactive for a continuous period of 12 months or more (dormant account policy).
• babua88 is required to do so by applicable law, court order, or regulatory direction.

Players may also voluntarily close their account at any time by contacting support@babua88. Upon voluntary closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds that have not yet met wagering requirements) will be returned to the player's verified payment method within five business days.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, babua88 reserves the right to withhold the remaining balance as partial or full compensation for losses suffered as a result of the breach. Where the balance withheld is insufficient to cover babua88's losses, the Company may pursue the player for the outstanding amount through appropriate legal channels.

Dormant accounts (no login activity for 12 consecutive months) may be subject to an inactivity fee of ৳100 per month, deducted from the remaining balance. Players will be notified by email before the inactivity fee begins to apply. Once the balance reaches zero, the account will be closed. Players wishing to reactivate a dormant account should contact support@babua88.

babua88 reserves the right to amend, modify, update, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time and at its sole discretion. Where any amendment is material — meaning it significantly affects your rights or obligations as a player — babua88 will endeavour to provide at least seven (7) days' prior notice via the email address registered to your account or through a prominent notice displayed on the Platform.

Your continued use of the Platform after any amendment comes into effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must stop using the Platform and close your account before the amendment's effective date. Requests to close your account in this context should be submitted to support@babua88 and will be processed without penalty.

The most current version of these Terms is always the version published on the babua88 website. The date of the most recent revision is indicated at the top of this page. Players are advised to review these Terms regularly to stay informed of any updates.

These Terms & Conditions, together with the Privacy Policy, the Responsible Gaming Policy, and any promotion-specific terms incorporated by reference, constitute the entire agreement between you and babua88 with respect to your use of the Platform. They supersede all prior agreements, representations, warranties, and understandings between the parties on this subject matter.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to online services operating in the jurisdiction in which babua88 is registered. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through babua88's internal complaints procedure shall be referred to mediation before any formal legal proceedings are initiated. babua88's internal complaints procedure is accessible by contacting support@babua88.

If any provision of these Terms is found by a competent court or authority to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be severed from the remainder of the Terms, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid provision shall be replaced with a valid provision that most closely reflects the original intent of the severed clause.
